Shipping & Return Policy
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers. Once placed, orders cannot be canceled. Pre-orders are no exception and cannot be canceled once placed. Please refer to the Return Policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders placed before 3:00pm EST will generally be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next Business day (if Monday is a holiday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location.
We do not refund for packages lost in transit. We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or any un-retrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered.
Returns
Regular priced merchandise can be returned for store credit provided it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt.
Please note that shipping charges are non- refundable and you will be responsible for shipping charges on return merchandise. No returns or exchanges are allowed on Sale/Private Sale items.
All returns MUST meet the following criteria:
Unworn
Unwashed
All tags must be attached
No perfume or other scents
No rips or tears
No other signs of being worn
In the rare circumstance that your item is damaged or faulty upon arrival, any claims must be made within 3 days.

Once we have received your package, your store credit will be processed within 10 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed
