Return Policy


We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or direct bank transfers.

Once placed, orders cannot be canceled.  Please refer to the Return Policy.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed before 2:00pm EST will generally be shipped out on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm EST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next Business day (if Monday is a holiday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location.


Regular priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund provided it is sent back within 14 days of receipt. Please note that shipping charges are non- refundable and you will be responsible for shipping charges on return merchandise.

No returns or exchanges are allowed on Sale/Private Sale items. All sales are final.

All returns MUST meet the following criteria:
All tags must be attached
No perfume or other scents
No rips or tears
No other signs of being worn
All original packaging and hangars must be included

To begin the return process, please email with your order number. We will then send you a document to be included in your package with a return shipping label and instructions.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 10 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
